A senior department spokesperson said the program “leverages photogenicity synergies”.
Each grin equals 1 internship, or 0.1 of a real job if the flash misfires. The algorithm prefers high‑visibility vests and lanyards with at least three acronyms. A training module teaches how to nod while a media adviser whispers “announceable”.
Treasury confirmed the camera can’t take pictures of outcomes, only optics.
