A corporate reconciliation lead has filed a personal record six LinkedIn posts during National Reconciliation Week while overseeing the completion of no measurable targets in the preceding 12 months.
The posts which featured event photos a reflection and a carousel of values attracted strong engagement. The targets attracted none having not moved.
“Visibility is a form of action” the lead said adjusting a lanyard. “If people can see we care that is the outcome.”
Colleagues described the lead as “deeply committed to the content calendar.” A planned seventh post thanking the team for the first six was reportedly in drafts.
A sector official noted the role had quietly shifted. “It used to be about delivering things. Now it is about documenting the feeling of being about to deliver things. The documentation is excellent.”
Asked which of last year’s commitments had been delivered the lead said that information would feature in an upcoming post.
The lead confirmed they were “all in” and added the hashtag.
