The National Indigenous Australians Agency has posted a stirring call to service that reads like purpose with a pay grade AND The banner shouts We’re hiring, Apply now!
The offices sit in Woden, Adelaide and sometimes the Territory –> translation: the action will be near the coffee stores, not the campfire.
“Work with Purpose” the copy says.
In plain speech, that means presentations with dot art backgrounds and a calendar full of stakeholder roundtables that never quite make it past the CBD.
“On Country” appears though the map pegs ACT as the cultural centre of gravity.

Applicants are encouraged to bring their whole selves (preferably your non-Indigenous self) and the agency will supply the rest: a lanyard, a learning module and a promise that the pipeline is building…
